Fear and anxiety are feelings and emotions that you can overcome and must learn to control in order to be successful and enjoy life.

You shouldn’t be living with constant fear and anxiety. You shouldn’t be constantly afraid of what might go wrong or what other people will think if things don’t work out… or break out into a sweat every time you have to do something new.

Those who succeed and enjoy their lives control their fear, they eliminate anxiety and panic by changing their focus and by thinking of how things will or can work out. If you’re fearful it’s because you’re thinking of how things could go wrong.
